Why Brexit Happened

The story of the greatest assault on democracy in the history of British politics began in 2012 with the World's 6th richest ^[1] person and a plan to dismantle the US and UK's welfare and healthcare systems to implement Libertarian politics.

Charles Koch, a fossil fuel industry leader worth an estimated $47.5 Billion ^[2] believes in a world with no taxes, no health service, no state pension, no minimum wage, no sick leave, no disability support, no welfare system, no police, no foreign aid, no financial or climate change regulation^[3]. His Far-Right Libertarian politics are a vision of the very un-British 'survival of the fittest'. If this were just only in his head, it wouldn't be so dangerous - but using Brexit as a vehicle, Far-Right Libertarianism is becoming our reality.

In 2012 Charles Koch and Sarah Elliot ^[4], External Affairs Officer at Koch's Americans For Prosperity (AFP) raised and spent $120 Million to stop Barack Obama from being re-elected as President of the United States ^[5]. Koch not only failed because Obama's political position was significantly more attractive, but because Obama's Social Media campaign was much stronger ^[6].

Robert Mercer

Robert Mercer, a hedge fund manager worth an estimated $900 Million ^[7] contributed millions of dollars to Koch's campaigns ^[7] and shares Charles Koch's values ^[7] of no taxes, no health service, no minimum wage, no sick leave, no disability support, no welfare system, no police, no foreign aid and no financial regulation ^[3]. However, after Koch's failure against Obama in 2012, Mercer realised the importance of Social Media in elections.

The Libertarian parties have never won an election ^[8] and Robert Mercer needed a Social Media propaganda weapon to get his and Koch's unpopular Libertarian policies into Government. When Steve Bannon presented him Cambridge Analytica's plan to create a psychological warfare tool to win elections in 2013 ^[9] he invested $15 Million ^[10].

Robert Mercer became a director of Cambridge Analytica along with his daughter, Rebekah Mercer. Steve Bannon became Vice President ^[13]. Steve Bannon is a White Supremacist respected by the KKK ^[11] and head of Brietbart News, a Far-Right false news network that Robert Mercer also invested in ^[12].

Steve Bannon

Once Steve Bannon had finished setting up Cambridge Analytica with the Mercers and CEO Andrew Nix in 2013, he became CEO of Donald Trump's 2016 Presidential Campaign. The biggest donor to Trump's campaign was Robert Mercer and the campaign used his new psychological warfare tool ^[9] from Cambridge Analytica, along with the Brietbart false news network.

With artificial intelligence and propaganda, Cambridge Analytica successfully swung the vote and won the Presidential race in favour of Trump in November 2016. Steve Bannon went on to become Special Counsel to the President of the United States where he began delivering Libertarian policies idealised by Charles Koch and Robert Mercer ^[13].

Steve Bannon was eventually removed from the White House in 2017 when he poorly advised Trump to blame 'both sides' when White Supremacists drove a car into a group of anti-racist protesters and killed Heather Heyer ^[18].

Brexit

Earlier in 2016, another Vote was taking place across the Atlantic that interested Steve Bannon and Robert Mercer. They are both good friends of Nigel Farage ^[14], a previous leader of UKIP and the lead campaigner for a UK Referendum on leaving the EU. Steve Bannon and Robert Mercer donated their psychological propaganda weapon to their Leave campaign ^[17]. Arron Banks, a close personal friend of Nigel Farage and UKIP's biggest donor ^[15] fully funded the Leave.EU campaign and oversaw it placing advertisements in BNP, Britain First, National Front and English Defence League Facebook groups ^[16].

Matthew Elliot

Matthew Elliot, the CEO of Vote Leave and husband of Sarah Elliot, External Affairs Officer at Charles Koch's Americans For Prosperity (AFP), founded the TaxPayers Alliance in 2004 ^[19], the same year that Koch founded Americans For Prosperity. The funding for this UK Libertarian pressure group is said to have come from 'overseas' and is of 'unknown origin' ^[19].

The Libertarian politics of Tax Payers Alliance are exactly the same as Americans For Prosperity: no taxes, no NHS, no state pension, no minimum wage, no sick leave, no disability support, no welfare system, no police and no financial or climate regulation. When Matthew Elliot became the CEO of Vote Leave in 2015 ^[24], he hired Dominic Cummings as the Campaign Manager, a role just like Steve Bannon's in Trump's campaign later that year.

Dominic Cummings ran the Vote Leave Campaign as Campaign Manager, working with Vote Leave CEO Matthew Elliot to remove the UK from European law that protects British citizens from Libertarian policies and Racist Human Rights violations. He used Aggregate IQ / Cambridge Analytica to deploy the same psychological weapon as Steve Bannon to win the 2016 EU Referendum ^[21]. Just like Steve Bannon, Dominic Cummings went on to become the Special Adviser to the premier, Prime Minister, Boris Johnson.

Just like Steve Bannon, it seems Dominic Cummings has begun consolidating power in order to bring about Matthew Elliot's Far-Right Libertarian goals which he shares with Steve Bannon, Robert Mercer and Charles Koch. He has wrestled control from the Civil Service and the Conservative party to form a party within a party, Libertarians encapsulated inside an Iron Curtain that encircles Downing Street ^[27].

Dominic Cummings writes Boris Johnson's speeches and directs all policy. It seems from news reports that he has no problem with lying - he lied about the cost of Europe membership ^[21], lied about herd immunity ^[21] and lied about breaking lockdown to test his eyesight ^[20].

After Matthew Elliot set up TPA in 2004, Dominic Cummings travelled to his parents home where his bunker is (the only 'relevant' planning permission is for a roof over a 'swimming pool' in 2001 ^[29] ). He spent 2.5 years in his bunker 'reading and trying to understand the World' in 2005 ^[31].

If Dominic Cummings is lying in the speeches he wrote for Boris Johnson and Michael Gove, he is putting in place the power to deliver the Far-Right Libertarian agenda for the UK to have:

The ability to lie would make the modus operandi simple: Campaign on what people care about using propaganda (socialist issues, immigration) and then once you have the power, do the opposite (seize control), something Otto Von Bismark did who Cummings quotes extensively in his blog ^[32] where he also has a link to ZeroHedge, which Google just demonetised for Far-Right Libertarian hate speech ^[33].

If this is the case, Parliament has been misled and the Cabinet should be held in contempt.

In order to answer this question of the truth, we now need to extend the Brexit transition while a full and independent investigation is undertaken into possible subversion of democracy, the influence of US Far-Right Libertarian Robert Mercer, Charles Koch and Matthew Elliot on British politics and infiltration of the Conservative Party and how Cambridge Analytica's election propaganda system was used to manipulate the outcome of the 2016 EU referendum and the 2019 General Election.

Protecting Democracy

I recommend the British Intelligence Services conduct a thorough investigation into the risks of subversion of our democracy, that the Russia Report is immediately released (which may absolve Russia itself of involvement) and the Electoral Commission update its regulations to cover this type of abuse of artificial intelligence, social media, micro-targeting and psychographics in elections and referendums before a new referendum is held.

It is with a sense of urgency that I call on every Member of Parliament to protect their constituents from the use of AI electoral propaganda weapons to deceive, divide and dismantle the democracy of this, our United Kingdom.
